Shipping and Return


All of our candles are handmade which means a slight difference in color and small imperfections may be visible. This is normal and will not affect the quality of the fragrance or the general look of the candle.

Because they are made-to-order, we don't hold a large inventory of ready-to-ship candles. Please allow for 3 to 5 business days of processing before the candle is shipped. It is also possible to avoid shipping fees by picking up your candle at our location in Rosemont, Montréal. You can select the 'Pick-up' option at checkout.

Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for any shipping delays.


All sales are final, we unfortunately do not accept returns, exchanges and refunds. If there is a problem with your candle (chipped, cracked, etc.) please message us and allow us to make things right!
